Service Description

In this workshop, we’ll cover consent based practices including personal boundaries and how to communicate them, self-care and self-regulation tools, check-in and closure practices, and how to deal with others breaking boundaries. Our goal is to equip participants with the language and tools to work collaboratively while respecting others' and their own boundaries. We’ll be sure to set aside some time for discussion and reflection.
